Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following specialty art materials:

  • Opened containers of acrylic painting mediums and additives
  • Used adhesives & glues
  • Opened brush cleaning solutions & pots
  • Custom-mixed artists’ pigments

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our artist-advisors at [email protected] with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Use our template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Wrap items carefully as you would protect fine art supplies during transport. Include all original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our studio address at 31 Gaythorne Rd, Bradford, GB BD2P 5WX. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired replacement item
  2. We will ship your new item once the original is received and inspected
  3. Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect items
  • We will arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged goods
