Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receipt. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Contact our artist-advisors if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) and handle all customs documentation. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies. If an item doesn’t meet your creative needs, our straightforward returns process ensures a smooth resolution.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened containers of acrylic painting mediums and additives
  • Used adhesives & glues
  • Opened brush cleaning solutions & pots
  • Custom-mixed artists’ pigments

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our artist-advisors at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use our template below for clarity.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Wrap items carefully as you would protect fine art supplies during transport. Include all original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our studio at 31 Gaythorne Rd, Bradford, GB BD2P 5WX using a trackable service.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired replacement
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange replacement shipping at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged goods
